先日、千葉県の東金に行きました。保護猫カフェがあり、子どもと行ってみたいと言っていたのでついに。
今我が家では猫を飼いたいという話もしているので、多くの保護猫を中心に実際に触ることができました。実現には色々と課題もあるのですが、今、真剣に家族で話し合っているところです。
さて、その帰りにふらりと寄った蕎麦屋さんが美味しかったので、備忘録も兼ねてこちらに。名前は「そば工房 小間子」。お店のある交差点名が小間子でした。メニューは数は多くなく、その分、蕎麦そのものを食べてほしいという意味なのかと感じ、肌寒い日でしたが天せいろにしました。
写真は何も撮らず、載せるものがありませんが、そばとつゆがすっきりした味わい、天ぷらもパリッとして美味しく、満足しました。その周辺のドライブもとても気持ちの良い道路で、また近いうちにあの辺りに遊びに行きたいです。
We went to Togane, Chiba the other day. There is a cafe with stray cats they rescued that you can touch and we had wanted to go there for some time.
We've talked to adopt a cat and it was nice to actually touch the cats. To make an adoption come true, there are still challenges we have to sort out but we're seriously thinking about it.
On the way back, the soba (buckwheat noodles) restaurant was very good so I am making notes here. It's called Sobakobo Komako (Soba Workshop Komako). The crossing the restaurant is at is Komako. They do not have a variety of menu but I thought they wanted customers to really taste the noodles, so I chose cold noodles instead of warm one so that I could enjoy the texture too.
I didn't take any pictures so there is nothing from the shop, but the soup and the noodles were clear and crisp. The tempura was crispy coming with three types of vegetables and a shrimp. The paths in the area were nice to drive too. I'd like to go back to the area sometime soon.
