さあ、もうすぐ今年の新干し芋が出回る季節です。とにかく、干し芋はもう茨城の長砂直売所で売っているのが最高!
干し芋に特段興味がなかったわたしですが、友人にここの干し芋をもらって以来、大ファンになりました。いろんな農家さんが様々な種類のをこちらに出していて、どれも少しずつ違い、毎年いろんな農家さんの切り落としの干し芋を大量購入しています。今年もそろそろその時期が近づいてきたので楽しみにしています。
わたしの母も姉も従兄弟も、こちらの干し芋を食べてすっかりファンになりました。スーパーで売っているのとは本当に違うんです。車がないと行くのが難しく、かつ東京からはそんなに近い場所ではありませんが、あの味のためなら今年も行きます!
It's almost the season for hoshiimo (semi-dried sweet potatoes). The ones you can buy at Nagasuna Chokubaijo in Ibaraki are the best by far!
I wasn't so interested in hosiimo, but once I tried hosiimo from here, I became such a huge fan. There are different farmers selling their types of hoshiimo and each is different and all so very tasty. I buy end pieces of hoshiimo since they are cheaper and taste just as good. They are going to sell this years hoshiimo soon.
My mother, sister and cousin also became fans of their hoshiimo. They are totally different from the ones from a supermarket. It's difficult to go if you don't have a car and not so close from Tokyo, but I will definitely go there for them!
