数年前にドイツで初めて食べて以来、大ファンになったハルミチーズ。ギリシャの保存が効く塩辛いチーズで、焼いてパンに挟んで食べると美味しいんです。
このチーズ、今まで日本ではなかなかお目にかかれなかったんですが、なんとカルディに置いてあるようです！ 残念ながら、近い店舗では置いていなかったのでまだ試せていませんが、そのうち必ず。
I am a fan of halloumi cheese. I liked it immediately when I had it in Germany a few years ago. The Greek salty cheese you can preserve for a long time. It tastes great to grill and eat in a sandwich.
They have been hard to find in Japan. But recently I found out Kaldi carries them! Unfortunately, the store close to me didn't have them. I bet I will try sometime soon.
