ついにパルスオキシメーターを購入しました。必要なのかそうでないのかわからないものを買うのに少しだけためらいましたが、コロナとはこの先ずっと共存するほかないと思いますし、体温計のように家庭に置くものと決めました。
わたしが買ったのは、マツヨシというメーカーのもの。日本製、医療機器認証ということでお値段は張りましたが、以前に安い非接触の体温計が数ヶ月で壊れたことを鑑み、買い替えを必要としない品質を求めました。
新聞で読んだ記事には、これからの家庭に備えて欲しいものとして体温計、パルスオキシメーターに加え血圧計もと書いてありました。血圧計は少し場所を取るためすぐには購入する予定はありませんが、いやはや、このような世の中になってしまったということですね。
ちなみに、先日購入したパルスオキシメーターのオンラインサイトを見てみたら、すでに売り切れていました。割合と高価でも買う人がたくさんいるのですね！
Finally bought a pulse oximeter. I was wondering and hesitating a bit because I didn't know if we'd ever need it, but we have to live with this virus so thought it'd be something to have one like a thermometer.
I bought the one from Matsuyoshi. Made in Japanese and certified as a medical device. It wasn't cheap but the cheap thermometer I bought this year that didn't have to touch your skin broke in a few months, so I took a credit.
I read on the newspaper that the things that should be kept in a home recommended by a doctor nowadays are a thermometer, pulse oximeter, and blood pressure monitor. No plans to buy a blood pressure monitor now because it's a bit big but this makes me think we are living in such an era.
The online site I bought my device already sold out the products. There are demands!
