体改革2/ Body Revolution2: comparison bet 2018 and 2020

 こちらが2018年と2020年の姿勢の違いです。まだまだ頑張らなければならない姿勢ですが、骨の形が少しずつ変わってきて、猫背が治りつつあります。ふくらはぎは今取り組んでいるところ。

 This is the comparison between 2018 and 2020's my postures. There are a lot of things to work on but you can still see the differences of bone shapes. My stoop has gotten better these days. Right now I am working on the calves.
