去年夫からもらったクリスマスプレゼントは、電動歯ブラシです。リクエストしました。
これが思った以上に、気に入っています。それまでは10分かけて磨いていた歯ですが、今は1/3の時間に短縮。ですが、歯科衛生士さんには同じように「今回もきれいに磨けています」と言われ続けています。
なので、子どもたちにも購入しました。ドイツの知り合いの子どもたちにはかなり一般的なようなので、それも後押しの理由でした。今のところ、子どもたちも磨き方は結構褒められているよう。自分の歯ぐらい自分の力で磨けば、とも思っていましたが、これでより健康な歯になるのなら、やっぱり買って正解！ と思っています。
My Christmas present from my husband was an electronic toothbrush I requested.
I like it more than I thought. I used to spend 10 minutes brushing my teeth but now only need 1/3 time. And I still get praises from the dental hygienist about how I brush my teeth.
So I bought each for our children too. It was popular for the kids we know in Germany too so that was one of the reasons. So far their dental hygienists say good things about their tooth brushing. I thought we should use our own hand to brush teeth, but now I feel it was a right decision because we have healthy teeth.
