彼の説では、やる気とは、行動を起こす前に出るものではなくて行動を起こした結果だということ。なので、やる気が出るまで待つというのは間違った行動だそうです。

In his theory, motives don't come out before your actions but they are results of your actions. So it's wrong you wait for your motives to be born.
"Many people have a misunderstanding that motives are a cause of actions. Motives are results, not a cause of your actions. Unless you get started, you don't have your motive.
I too have a hard time to get motivated so I just set my routines, tried to stick to what I decided. What I was doing wasn't wrong!
