北海道の大きな地震、被災にあったみなさんが心配です。お見舞い申し上げます。つい先日はひどい台風、昨日は地震、本当に天災の多い国ということを意識し、この国に原発が必要なのかということも国民全体で考える必要があると思っています。
今のところ、北海道にいる知り合いは皆、無事のようです。停電が続くと大変ですね。今朝ラジオを聞いていて、旭川は復旧した模様と言っていましたが、すべての場所で日常がなるべく早く戻りますように。
東京も、最近は特に何も起きていませんが、いつ地震が起こるかわかりませんよね。いつも備えていなければと思いますが、定期的にチェックしたりもしていないし、きちんとやらなければいけない、と改めて今回の震災で思いました。
I am concerned about the big earthquake happened in Hokkaido and give my prayers to all of those who are affected. We just had a big typhoon the other day and this earthquake yesterday. We live in a country where we have lots of natural disasters. We need to think whether we need nuclear plants in this country.
So far everyone living in Hokkaido I know is seems safe. It'll cause trouble if they have no power outage for some time. I heard in Asahikawa they had their power back but I hope they will have their daily lives back as soon as possible.
We haven't had a major disaster in Tokyo for a while, but we never know when we have big earthquakes. I have to get our emergency kit ready all the time but I haven't checked if we have sufficient supplies, which I have to in the midst of news about the earthquake.
